OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a hands-on approach that assesses and addresses mobility restrictions in joints, fascia, muscles and diaphragms to improve the body’s overall function and sense of well-being. It rests on simple principles: structure and function influence each other; the body works as a unit; and when we release blockages and tension, the organism self-regulates more effectively.

Myofascial

Myofascial therapy includes various manual techniques aimed at releasing tension in the fascia (the soft connective tissue surrounding muscles, organs and nerves that provides stretch and mobility) and breaking the vicious cycle that promotes inflammation.

Visceral

Visceral osteopathy works to release tension through a series of techniques consisting of gentle approaches, massages, and other manual actions that promote muscle relaxation. The procedure typically lasts between 20 and 45 minutes. This helps release tension from the organ, restoring functionality and movement that had been impaired.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses different techniques for different aims: warming up muscles before competition—oxygenating them and increasing flexibility—and post-activity recovery and unloading through lymphatic drainage and venous-return techniques.
