Instead of separating techniques and therapies, I’ve created a unique, therapeutic and flexible approach—my integrative method—that brings together everything I’ve learned over the years and adapts to what your body needs at each moment. I integrate osteopathy, acupuncture (including electroacupuncture), myofascial release, therapeutic massage, reflexology, herbal medicine (phytotherapy), nutrition/diet therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, and body-awareness practices.

A whole-body adjustment space where we prioritize according to your goals and how you are on the day:

  • Structural release to restore mobility and ease pain.

  • Energy regulation with acupuncture/electroacupuncture and reflexology.

  • Support for the internal terrain with herbal medicine, nutrition/diet therapy, and Bach Flower Remedies.

  • Emotional and vital balance through mindful movement and breathwork.

  • Postural education and habit coaching to sustain the changes.

  • Maintenance and prevention with periodic sessions to consolidate results and sustain gains.

  • Initial assessment and a review around session 3–4 to adjust the plan to your progress.
