HERBAL THERAPY (PHYTOTHERAPY)
Phytotherapy · botany applied to your well-being
Phytotherapy is the responsible use of plants to support the “internal terrain”: digestion, rest, energy, and rhythm. In my approach I integrate Chinese and Western phytotherapy to choose what suits you best at each moment.
Two traditions, one goal.

Western phytotherapy
-
It relies on monographs and the traditional use of European/Mediterranean species.
-
Useful for lighter digestion (carminatives), calm (gentle nervines), breathing (aromatics), and recovery.
-
Simple formats: infusions, tinctures/extracts, and standardized capsules.
Chinese Phytotherapy (TCM)
-
Works by patterns (Earth, Wood, Water, etc.) and aims to harmonize functions.
-
It usually uses combined formulas (extracts or tablets), which I adapt to your case.
-
It pairs very well with acupuncture and with nutrition guidance according to TCM.
